In early 2000 David Dwelle of Nella Oil was looking critically at his company's convenience stores/gas stations. He thought to himself, "Energy prices are killing us. How can we solve this?"
Dwelle consulted longtime friend Mark Frederick, a contractor with a degree in physics. Their solution was to put solar panels on the service station roofs.
It worked so well that in 2002 the two founded Pacific Power Management, LLC. (PPM).
